Join NamaSing's unique Intro Breathwork Workshop for the first step towards building a mindful singing technique. This breath sequence is done in a guided meditative state and creates the bodily impressions necessary to build a technique based on muscle memory instead of analysis.

NamaSing believes in harnessing the light within us through song. We provide personal coaching in meditative singing to performers. This breath-based philosophy is effective in reducing performance anxiety, solidifying technique, and managing tension. Demi Vanderwerff is a certified Yoga Instructor, performer, teacher, mentor, and coach who has a passion for helping artists find freedom and joy through developing mindful singing practices.
